Ryan is the owner/instructor of Montgomery Insurance School. He has significant teaching and insurance experience.  He has been a teacher for 15 years in public education and he owned his own insurance agency for four years. Ryan is also currently serving as a professor of Risk Management and Insurance at Ball State University in Muncie.

Randy was the President of Montgomery Insurance School and the lead instructor.  He is now retired and serves, along with Maria, in an advisory role with Montgomery Insurance School.  Randy now has more time to devote to writing jokes, taking long walks, and napping.  

Maria was the company Vice-President, COO,  CFO,  and co-founder of Montgomery Insurance School. She still continues to serve in an advisory role with the school. Her hobbies now include doing anything she wants to do and waking Randy up from naps!

Ziva is chief of security.  She has five years experience of barking at every noise and sound she hears.
